Postage & Packaging

We offer free standard shipping on ALL orders with Hellenic Post (ELTA) using Signature Registered Post. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. Delivery can be expected within 1 – 6 business days depending on your location, however sometimes, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, they are out of our control.  

If you need to have your order by a certain date, please contact us to accommodate a faster shipping method. 

As all parcels require a signature on delivery – as such, the recipients cannot leave a note for the postman with alternative insructions. For example, a note saying your parcel can be left at the door/behind the gate/ etc. It will be attempted to be delivered and then transferred to your Local Post Office for collection, in the event that you do not collect and sign for the parcel. If the parcel is returned back to us or you supply us with the incorrect information, you will be charged in order for us to re-post it.
